Lifestyle Therapy sessions are client-centered, designed to meet your wholistic needs, drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities that work in harmony to alleviate stress from the mind, release tension from the body, restore movement, and enhance vitality.

Interventions include:

  • Lifestyle Yoga Therapy – One-on-one guided movement, breathwork, and mindfulness practices that encourage the release of connective tissue tension, while providing stability and flexibility in the healing process.

  • Neurovascular Massage Therapy – Improve nerve function, circulation, muscle function, relieve muscle tension, reduce pain, support relaxation, and promote recovery from mental and physical activity.

  • Tui Na Therapy – A traditional bodywork modality that stimulates energy flow and helps realign the body’s internal balance through targeted pressure and rhythmic movement that uses kneading, pressing, rolling, and stretching to unblock energy and blood flow, relax muscles, and improve joint movement. This works the same meridian pathways as acupuncture to relieve conditions like pain, stress, insomnia, and musculoskeletal issues, offering relaxation and balance. 

  • Point Therapy & Acupressure – Focused work on specific energetic points to reduce pain, calm the nervous system, and promote internal harmony.
