In addition, she is certified as a Calm Birth® practitioner. A practice of cultivation and a return to homeostasis of the nervous system in preparation for childbirth. A practice that supports the sensational development of awareness with your child.

Her daily practice embodies a coordinated, intentional way of living, devoted to promoting health, wellness, and the fulfillment of human potential. Her teaching within the Lifestyle Wellness® program reflects this integrative philosophy, emphasizing collaboration with humane and environmentally ethical enterprises.
